We begin by conducting a Feasibility Study which quickly determines the market potential for a client’s products and analyzes the competitive landscape in the U.S.  market.

Once a viable market for the client’s products has been identified and it is decided that Sales Outsourcing is the appropriate entry strategy to pursue, we develop a Market Entry Strategy and define the best possible sales channel.

Independent sales agents, distributors, VARs or other channel partners are recruited and trained and APH manages the sales efforts providing services from sales management of one territory to the entire North American continent.
